<About model>
T-2 was the second generation aircraft of JASDF's aerobatic team Blue Impluse. The Blue impluse was originally founded in 1960 with six F-86 sabres. The F-86 sabres were replaced by the Mistubishi T-2, which performed for 13 years, lator to be replaced by the Kawasaki T-4 in 1995. The Blue impulse performed with the US aerobatic team ''Thunder Birds'' at the Misawa air show in 1994.
