<About the Peugeot 306 MAXI>

The Peugeot 306 MAXI was developed as a rallying car in 1995 by Peugeot France. It was a FF 2WD car equipped with an 2-liter inline 4-cylinder naturally aspirated engine on the front, and manufactured in accordance with the F2 Kit Car regulations at the time. The Peugeot 306 MAXI made a smart running with a lightweight body of 960 kg and showed the speed that threaten the turbo 4WD cars in tarmac rallies. The Peugeot 306 MAXI won the French Rally Championship in 1996 and 1997.
