【About the Aircraft】
P-51D Mustang, evaluated as one of the best fighters of World War Ⅱ, was adopted by the RAF as Mustang Mk.IV and was widely operated in Commonwealth countries. It was also used in the RAAF from the war to the 1950s, and it became the foundation of the national air force. The RAAF during the war used the red/white/blue/ roundel of the RAF, but it was changed to a white/blue roundel to avoid being mistaken for Japanese hinomaru. In 1956, the kangaroo roundel was adopted and continue to the present.

This is a 1/144 scale unpainted plastic model assembly kit for Royal Australian Air Force Fighter Mustang Mk.IV.
