About the Aircraft

The Lockheed T-33 Shooting Star is a masterpiece jet trainer that has been operated by the US Air Force since 1948. The engine was equipped with Allison J33 as a split type for easy to detach and inspect. By 1959, 6500 aircraft were produced and used worldwide. In addition, the T-33 also served as a support aircraft for the USAF Air Demonstration Squadron "Thunderbirds" from the beginning of the team to the 1960s. It was active as a public relations aircraft and using for a virtual boarding experience for VIP or the press.
 

About the Kit

This is a 1/72 scale plastic model assembly kit that reproduces the masterpiece jet trainer T-33A Shooting Star operated by the US Air Force.
- The finish is about 15cm in length.
- Finely reproduce the shape of the aircraft such as panel lines in detail.
- The interior such as tandem cockpit, instrument panels and seats are reproduced precisely.
- The air brake can be assembled in open or closed status.
- Cartograf made decals recreate the colorful markings of the aircraft that was active as a support aircraft of the USAF Air Demonstration Squadron "Thunderbirds".
